Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India. Orders below this threshold incur a nominal shipping fee calculated at checkout. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order from the Account page. Returns & Exchanges We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at hello@aesthetikos.co.in with your order number and reason for return. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
