1. Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged in transit.
- The product is expired or defective at delivery.
- For eligibility, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
- Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.
2. Time Frame
- To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging to support your claim.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and outer packaging
- Our team will review your request within 2–4 business days and will guide you on the next steps, including return authorization and shipping instructions if applicable.
4. Refund Process
- If the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged in transit).
5. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
- Items that are opened, used, or tampered cannot be returned.
- Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds, unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Items without a valid proof of purchase from our official website are not eligible for return.
6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Expired Orders
- If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and outer packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.

- While we cannot provide medical treatments, Aesthetikos products are formulated with safety in mind. If you experience an adverse reaction:
